Professor of Numerical Analysis at the Department of Agricultural Sciences, University of Naples Federico II. His research interest is mainly devoted
on the model theory and implementation of biological and environmental systems. He uses different modeling approaches: system dynamics, ordinary differential equation ODE, partial differential equation PDE, Individual-based model.
He participated and coordinated several national and international research projects and he was on the scientific committee and organizer of several international conferences.
