Associate Professor of Ecology at the Department of Biology at the University of Napoli Federico II (Italy). In 2001 she received a PhD in Ecology at the University of Napoli Federico II and she was researcher at the University of Napoli Federico II from 2001 to 2014. The study of soil ecology and environmental quality is the main research activity. Recently, her research aims to select single and integrated indices to define soil quality in human impacted environments. She is member of the Italian Ecology Society, and of the Cost Action “European Soil-Biology Data Warehouse for Soil Protection”. She also is in the Editorial Board of “International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health” and
“Frontiers”.
