Professor of Biochemistry and Enzymology at University of Naples “Federico II” (Italy), in 1996 she received her PhD in Biochemistry at University of Naples “Federico II” linked with University of Bari. Post graduated researcher at University of California from 1993 to 1995 at the Department of Environmental Toxicology in Davis. The study of transglutaminase enzyme as biotechnological tool is the core for her research interests. She is a member of Italian Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology
