Associate Professor of Physical Chemistry at the University of Naples Federico II (Italy). His recent research activity focuses on the structural determination of proteins, protein nanocages, metalloenzymes, adducts formed upon reaction between metal compounds and proteins. He has published over 160 peer‐reviewed international journal papers. He serves in the Editorial Board of BBA Proteins and Proteomics, Biomed Research International and Pharmaceuticals and is member of the Topic Board of International Journal of Molecular Sciences.
